Zorqelun™ VolumeDial Fit System

Your Shoes Are The Right Size.
The Space Inside Them Isn’t.

Some shoes are frustratingly close to perfect. The length feels right. The style is exactly what you wanted. But something still feels off. Maybe the heel feels slightly loose. Maybe there is too much space above the foot. Maybe one shoe fits differently from the other.

The problem is not always shoe size. Sometimes it is internal volume.

VolumeDial Fit System gives you a new way to manage that space. Instead of replacing the shoe or forcing one fixed solution into every pair, VolumeDial lets you adjust specific zones independently. Add only what you need. Remove what you do not.

Five Zones. One System.

VolumeDial Fit System is a modular internal shoe-fit system designed to let you fine-tune different areas of footwear independently. You build your own configuration based on the shoe, not based on a generic one-size-fits-all insert.

01 — Heel Zone

Reduce unused space around the rear of the shoe. Useful when the shoe length feels right but the heel area feels too open.

02 — Forefoot Zone

Fine-tune space underneath the front portion of the shoe. Useful when the front feels slightly too deep or the foot sits lower than desired.

03 — Midfoot Zone

Adjust volume through the central area of the shoe. Useful when the shoe feels secure at the heel and toe but loose through the middle.

04 — Tongue Zone

Reduce excess space above the foot without raising the entire foot. Especially useful when the shoe feels loose across the upper but the sole fit is already correct.

05 — Sidewall Zone

Fine-tune lateral space along one or both sides of the shoe. Useful when the internal shape feels wider than preferred in a localized area.

Why Raise The Whole Foot
If Only One Area Is Loose?

When you add a traditional full-length insole, you raise the entire foot. That can affect toe-box height, heel position, instep space, and overall internal geometry. Sometimes that is useful. But sometimes you only need to change one zone.

  • Traditional Full Insole: Raises the whole foot, one fixed thickness, global change. A compromise for every part of your foot.
  • VolumeDial Fit System: Targets selected zones, multiple thickness options, localized volume control.

If the heel is loose, adjust the heel. If the instep feels open, adjust the tongue area. Localized fit instead of global change.

Build The Fit Around The Shoe

Every pair can use a different configuration. Your left and right shoes may even feel different, and VolumeDial allows each shoe to be configured separately.

  • Loose Loafer: Heel module + Tongue module. The heel becomes more contained while upper space is reduced.
  • Deep Sneaker: Forefoot module + Midfoot module. The internal depth is reduced without unnecessarily changing the heel.
  • Loose Dress Shoe: Heel module + Sidewall module. Reduce extra rear and lateral space while keeping the front profile largely unchanged.
  • Slip-On: Heel + Tongue + Sidewall for more complex internal volume refinement.

Made For Multiple Footwear Styles

One kit can support many configurations, designed to stay hidden without exterior straps or visible hardware. The original shoe remains the focus.

  • Loafers: Because there are no laces to tighten, internal volume control becomes especially important.
  • Dress Shoes: Fine-tune heel, tongue and side areas while preserving the clean exterior silhouette.
  • Sneakers: Manage deeper internal volume without automatically replacing the entire insole.
  • Boots & Slip-Ons: Adjust selected internal zones while leaving the overall external structure unchanged.

How VolumeDial Fit System Works

The best configuration is usually not the thickest configuration. Start with the lowest-profile module. Test the shoe. Then increase only where necessary to prevent over-adjustment.

  • Step 1 — Identify the Zone: Wear the shoe normally. Is the heel loose? Is there extra room above the foot?
  • Step 2 — Choose & Place: Select the module designed for that zone and place it discreetly inside.
  • Step 3 — Start Thin: Use the thinnest option (e.g., 2mm) first for subtle micro-adjustment.
  • Step 4 — Test & Refine: Walk normally. Add, swap, or layer modules (e.g., 4mm or 6mm) as needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is VolumeDial Fit System a traditional insole?
No. It is a modular internal fit system made from separate zone-specific components. It does not raise your entire foot unless you intentionally configure multiple underfoot modules.
Can I use different modules in each shoe?
Yes. The left and right shoe can use completely different configurations to perfectly match your feet.
Can modules be combined or layered?
Yes. Compatible modules can be combined across different zones (e.g., Heel + Tongue). In selected areas, thicknesses can also be layered to create additional volume adjustment.
Can I move the modules to another pair?
Yes. The system uses clean attachment and is designed around reuse, repositioning, and reconfiguration across your footwear collection.
