Zorqelun™ FlexMap Crease Controller
Your Shoes Need To Flex.
They Just Don’t Need To Crease Everywhere.
Every step bends your shoes. That is normal. The problem is not movement. The problem is uncontrolled movement. When the upper folds in random places, clean shoe lines quickly become uneven crease patterns.
FlexMap Crease Controller approaches the problem differently.
Instead of trying to make the entire toe box rigid, it helps guide where the shoe flexes. Support the structure. Create a preferred flex zone. Reduce random folding. A more intelligent way to manage shoe creasing.

Flex Control Instead Of Flex Prevention
The innovation behind FlexMap is simple: A shoe should still move. But the movement should happen in a more controlled area.
- Flex Zone: Designed to allow natural bending along a primary movement path.
- Support Zone: Designed to resist unnecessary folding and maintain a cleaner profile.
Think of it like a hinge. The internal structure helps concentrate movement along a preferred flex path. This creates a more controlled relationship between movement and shape retention.

The Three-Zone Structure
FlexMap Crease Controller uses a shaped internal structure with varying levels of flexibility. Instead of treating the entire insert as one solid piece, FlexMap assigns different jobs to different sections.
01 — Stabilize Zone
The outer structural areas help support parts of the upper that you do not want collapsing excessively. These zones are designed to maintain shape while the shoe moves.
02 — Flex Channel
A thinner, more flexible path allows the shoe to bend more naturally along a chosen area. This becomes the primary movement zone.
03 — Transition Zone
The areas between support and flex zones gradually change stiffness. This helps avoid an abrupt rigid-to-soft transition, resulting in smoother overall movement.

Stop Trying To Make Shoes Completely Rigid
Traditional crease guards often work by making the entire front of the shoe harder to bend. But when one area is made completely rigid, movement simply shifts somewhere else, creating new crease lines and unnatural pressure.
- Traditional Rigid Guard: Blocks movement broadly, uses one stiffness level, and can shift the bend elsewhere.
- FlexMap Crease Controller: Guides movement selectively, features three-zone flexibility, and encourages a cleaner controlled bend.
Don’t stop flexing. Control where it happens.

Made For Footwear Worth Keeping Clean
FlexMap works best in shoes that have a defined front structure, where irregular folds become visually obvious. The original shoe remains unchanged from the outside.
- Sneakers: Ideal for smooth or synthetic leather uppers with clean front profiles.
- Premium Casual Shoes: Helps minimal footwear support a cleaner aesthetic.
- Leather Shoes: A cleaner movement pattern can help the upper age in a more controlled way.
- Slip-Ons & Low-Profile Shoes: Fits inside structured toe boxes to manage flex behavior discreetly.

How FlexMap Crease Controller Works
The FlexMap should sit where the shoe naturally bends. Alignment creates the result.
- Step 1 — Insert: Place FlexMap inside the front of the shoe beneath the upper.
- Step 2 — Align: Position the Flex Channel to match the natural bend line of the shoe.
- Step 3 — Walk and Refine: Put the shoe on, walk normally, and test the flex. The insert should guide movement rather than stop it completely. Reposition if needed.
